About the Role
The Learning Transformations Unit (LTU) is looking for an energetic Program Coordinator to join the team and provide support for their professional learning series and strategic programs.

Reporting to the Learning Experience (LX) Manager, you will assist with the coordination of workshops and training programs, including registration, logistics and reporting related to the roll-out of the Learning Experience Accelerator Program, inclusive of the digital literacies programs and LTU professional learning for teaching staff.

This opportunity will be suited to those who enjoy a multi-faceted role and operate in a vibrant collaborative team environment, working closely with other administrative staff and supporting general administrative activities as required.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
  • High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication, particularly through online communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and manage systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the unit, including HR, financial and record keeping systems, and an ability to monitor compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a busy and varied unit including the ability to take initiative and responsibility and to deal with information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems and packages such as MS Office, network and email systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating events and functions is preferred.

Qualifications
  • Completion of a degree without subsequent work experience; or completion of an associated diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
