About the Role

As a Handyperson, you would work alongside over 60 Technicians and skilled Handypersons who are part of our Property Operations team, undertaking responsibility for maintaining all aspects of our Sydney property.

Being part of a dynamic and multi-faceted business, using industry leading technology to build and service Table Games Gaming equipment to supporting fellow trades with maintaining building finishes & joinery in our gaming areas, our food and beverage venues and hotel rooms across the complex.

Additionally, the role will see you:

  • Repairing and maintaining all building finishes & joinery, but not limited to:
  • Perform general maintenance, repairs and cleaning duties
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on gaming and other equipment
  • Maintain a clean & orderliness to the plant rooms
  • Responsible for the security and accurate utilisation of tools

About You

  • Previous experience in a technical, industrial building or construction environment as a trade assistant
  • Effective communication skills & strong passion for team drive
  • Knowledge of building services relating to their respective trade & ability to work unsupervised.
  • Proven proficiency in respective trade with a passion to develop in either preferred Electric, Carpentry or Joinery
