Facility Cleaning Supervisor

As a Facility Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all front and back of house areas are well maintained and kept to an exceptional standard to ensure that our Guests and Team Members experience a positive and hygienic environment at The Star Gold Coast. We are looking an experienced Facility Cleaning Supervisor with experience in a public area setting being highly desired. You will be joining a high performing team who prides themselves on a collaborative effort to ensure all WH&S compliance and cleanliness standards are met.

What does it take to lead our Facility Cleaning team:

• A focus on ensuring team members work in a safe manner in line with all WH&S requirements
• Providing leadership in a 24/7 environment to a large and diverse team
• Delegating and overseeing all cleaning tasks to achieve a high standard of cleanliness throughout all FOH & HOH public areas
• Completing administrative tasks such as area allocations, shift reports, team member performance reviews, Hazard/Incident reports 
• Liaising with all areas of the business and provide support as required

What are we looking for?:

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning
• Availability to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 environment
• Proficient computer skills
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high attention to detail
• Desire to build and maintain strong relationships with your team and encourage the overall growth and development of the team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a high performing team
