What’s your mission?

As part of our growing in-house design studio, your mission is to produce amazing work… it’s that simple! You’ll be transforming the way customers interact with banking services by designing experiences that better support financial wellbeing, and positively impact millions of customers daily.

What will your day look like? 

Working collaboratively in a world class design team, you’ll have the opportunity to stamp your mark on our next generation customer experience across a range of customer touch points.

  • Executing UI/UX design ideation, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and testing of E2E experiences.
  • Collaborating with engineers, product owners and an active in-house UX community of practice.
  • Establishing design methodologies and standards that drive consistent and engaging user experiences.
  • A learning and growth tour of duty, as we collectively navigate the breadth and depth of design challenges across our product program.

What's in your toolkit? 

  • Strong mobile design background and willingness to push the boundary designing hi-fidelity screens, mock-ups, prototypes, wireframes and interactions using Figma.
  • Proven ability to lead E2E design initiatives, and drive collaboration with engineering and product partners.
  • Design Research planning, and execution to understand user needs across all stages of the design process (ideation to delivery).
  • Building rapport and stakeholder relationships, with a confident presentation style.
  • Passion, clear communication and ability to foster an energetic, vibrant team culture and a willingness to push the boundary and try new things.
