About your new role

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager - The Star Club Program to oversee The Star Entertainment Group’s loyalty program. You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement in our program and own the strategy and projects relating to our members from start to end.

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising preferred
  • 5 years of marketing experience across multiple facets of loyalty and/or marketing including direct marketing, online and offline media and brand marketing
  • 3 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Demonstrated success in setting marketing goals and leading cross functional groups through concept development and execution
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multi-channel, national programs
  • Proven experience in partnering with technology teams to deliver customer experience improvements
  • Deep understanding of loyalty & retention marketing
  • Ability to build strong relationship with peers and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
