As our Guest Support Officer reporting to the Patron Liaison Manager, you will drive the implementation of safer gambling initiatives and support our valued guests in making informed decisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for students, graduates and professionals looking to join our Safe Gaming team in Sydney on a full time or part time basis and contribute to fostering a safer gambling culture at The Star.

What we are looking for
As a Guest Support Officer, you will drive the implementation of safer gambling initiatives and support our valued guests in making informed decisions. The role requires availability to work across all shifts (morning, day and night).
You will draw upon your love for interaction and problem solving, along with your ability to empathise with others, to confidently assess and implement a range of suitable and timely supportive measures
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of Safer Gambling practices at The Star. Join us in making a difference.
