As a Concierge, you'll lead and support the Concierge team to ensure every guest interaction is elevated to a level that sets us above the rest. Your team will be able to anticipate what our guests require, even before they do.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge and Bell Desk departments, ensuring the promotion of position guest relations and a welcoming environment.
  • Assist guests with special requests, requirements; solve problems as well as assure guests’ comfort and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, develop and train the Concierge and Bell Desk team (including performance reviews)
  • Respond to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
  • Supervise and add value to the activities of all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Curate memorable experiences at a 5-star level to ensure guests are provided the best recommendations throughout their journey.
  • Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork.
  • Manage the bell team with scheduling, performance management and training & development procedures.

What are we looking for:

  • Extensive leadership experience in Hotel or Guest Services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Sydney, tourist attractions, restaurants, theatres, sporting events, harbour cruises, fashion and retail
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills 
  • The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Adaptable with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Passionate to deliver excellent guest experiences
