Senior Change Manager

A few of your responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching & mentoring to build change capability within the organisation
• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Oversee the delivery of the change strategy across the portfolio of responsibility, ensuring change is successfully delivered in a structured, professional and efficient way
• Develop & implement targeted change management plans including, but not limited to, communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans
• Develop & implement a resistance management plan to mitigate or address points of resistance

What we are looking for

• Change experience on complex projects, large scale change programs and the ability to work through difficult high-pressure situations
• A demonstrated track record of change delivery with business and project objectives
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in change management, project management or business
• 5-10 years’ experience as a senior change manager
• Experience managing relationships with internal business customers and external providers

You are an experienced Senior Change Manager who will be responsible for providing expert Project Change Management advice and leadership, building change capability within the organisation, reducing resistance to change, maximising benefit realisation, promoting early adoption and ensuring business outcomes are achieved.
