About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will lead and manage Aged Care client services across the Northern Territory, by overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance and ensuring a high quality of care for our clients.
Your senior aged care experience, and drive to lead, grow and develop a team that delivers person centred and goal driven services to support our clients to live independently is a priority. This is a Permanent Full Time position, based in Darwin in an office environment. There will be travel as required across the region (Katherine, potentially Broome, WA) to support clients, train staff and meet business needs. We are looking for someone that showcases the LWB values and is motivated to provide exceptional leadership to ensure the success and high quality of our services.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check.
