The Gaming Services Host position reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor/Assistant Gaming Manager and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with our guests. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and thrive in the Electronic Gaming team.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests across the gaming floor and private gaming areas introducing yourself and how you can assist them. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business. 
  • Provide guidance and instructions to customers on game selection, rules, and gameplay.
  • Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor gaming activities are compliant with our establishment's policies. 

What are we looking for:

  • Must be able to work full time hours on a rotating roster
  • Experience in a guest service-related field 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Computer literacy essential 
  • RSA qualification or willingness to obtain
