The Role
  
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be an motivational people leader, who loves creating a stellar service to locals and patrons.  Hospo is your passion, from interacting with the local community, coordinating a bustling bistro and pouring the best craft brews for your favourite locals at the bar.  You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing the guest experience is the best, every time.   

Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your large team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.

Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney’s loved reputable pubs will be essential to hit the ground running.
