The P&C Advisor at the Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) VIC will be integral to support key stakeholders to identify, recruit onboard and retain new and transitioning team members into the VIC CFC Operation. This role will be the initial face of the CFC and key to living the Coles Values throughout the process. The role will be a critical link between the onsite team and central P&C functions and responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the ways of working. Your key to success will be your ability to operate within a fast paced and changing environment, where continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and enhance the team member experience will be critical.
Initially, lead and support the TA Team with recruiting, onboarding and retaining our new team members, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience, especially during the initial ramp period
Provide accurate and timely reporting on P&C policy and advice to line managers across the P&C cyclical activities
Support line managers to develop and implement sound career development and growth plan practices with their team
Ensure P&C processes and policies are robustly applied in a way that ensures business objectives are met and respect and care for team members maintained; and,
Drive continuous improvement in every aspect of your role.
Were looking for passionate P&C Advisor who is looking to take a step forward in their career. You will also need:
A minimum of 2 years P&C generalist experience, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
Tertiary qualified or demonstrated strong performance in a P&C role e.g. recruitment, advisory or P&C coordination
During the initial scale up of the CFC, the ability to work a flexible roster including late starts or finishes, and some weekend work on a rotational basis.
Sound knowledge, skill and experience of general P&C practices, systems and methodologies
Proven interpersonal and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to solve problems and negotiate outcomes
Working knowledge of the Australian human resources framework and best practice.
