About the role
This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for you to make a positive change in the lives of People with a Disability.
We are seeking skilled and experienced Disability Support Workers to fill multiple casual positions within a Supported Independent Living environment in Launceston. Our client enjoys being active and participating in outdoor activities including walking and fishing. Support Workers will provide assistance with daily living activities, including medication administration, and will bring a mature and calm approach in working with complex and challenging behaviour.
These roles will require successful applicants to be available and willing to work within a 24/7 roster that includes regular shift work, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and hold NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process
