About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Disability and Mental Health for NSW South and ACT, this permanent full time role will manage Disability Support Leaders working in Supported Independent Living Homes across areas of Southern Sydney (including suburbs between Arncliffe and Caringbah South).
The successful candidate will be an experienced community services leader who cultivates positive culture in fast-paced, complex environments and prioritises a person-centred and human rights-based approach to drive positive outcomes for the people we support.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Please note:Â To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate, in accordance with Life Without Barriers Employee COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
