About the role


?With iconic brands such as Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars to our name, our Liquor team is well on its way to being Australia’s favourite drinks retailer. We serve up everything from premium wines and craft beers, to spirits from local distilleries. We’re also growing every day, so it’s an exciting time to join us.

 

As a Coles Liquor Area Manager, you’ll be accountable for running a top-performing region with 100+ team members across multiple stores, driving a fun, collaborative and customer focused culture.

 

About you and your skills

 

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+) with proven success in building high preforming teams and improving team effectiveness
  • Demonstrated operational multi-site leadership experience in a fast-paced, ideally retail, environment
  • Ability to implement business plans and meet commercial targets that result in sustained improvement
  • Ability to lead the delivery of high store standards that maintains the highest levels of safety for team members and customers
  • To create a supportive customer focused culture that rewards achievement and builds careers
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
