As our Melbourne site ramps up, we have an opportunity for experienced Spoke Manager to join the team.
Lead and manage the success of the Dandenong Spoke through go live and ongoing operations. Responsible for Spoke planning and execution to achieve Coles Ecommerce KPIs for safety, customer experience, cost, fulfilment and delivery. Support in achieving department budgets and implement improvements to operational DILOs, processes and safe working practice. Collaborate with CFC departments in order to achieve safe and optimal operational flow across a range of departments including inbound, production, picking, dispatch, dekit, inventory, last mile delivery and quality assurance. Be the second in charge to the Customer Delivery Manager and step up as the main point of contact for the CFC driving team as appropriate during their absence.
