RECEPTIONIST

As our Receptionist, reporting to the Chief operating Officer, you will provide superior guest service to all visitors to the Brisbane Corporate Office, upholding high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times. You will ensure completion of all daily operations associated with the Reception Desk and undertake a range of administration tasks in a professional and welcoming way aligned to The Stars values and principles.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in representing The Star as the first point of contact and supporting senior leadership in timely responses to queries.

You are well presented, confident and highly experienced in the range of administrative tasks associated with working on a reception desk and pride yourself on your ability to stay on top of demands in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You understand the importance of creating a memorable first impression and go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience through anticipating needs and being one step ahead.
