Join us as the Scheduling and Administration Coordinator at The Star Brisbane.  

The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australia’s newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.

The Scheduling and Administration Coordinator reports to the Property Operations Manager. In this role you will schedule all planned, preventative and corrective maintenance for the Property Operations team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Property Operations. 

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Actively manage the generation, review, allocation and administration of all works orders in Maximo to ensure accurate scheduling daily 
  • Accurate and timely coordination of Purchase Orders for Scheduled Works, Inventory Procurement for Scheduled Works, and processing of invoices 
  • Manage all team administrative duties from Customer service through to daily activity management 
  • Management of team members and contractor inductions and records in Maximo 
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting on all ‘Measures of Performance’ 

What we will be looking for  

  • Excellent administration and computer literacy skills 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective schedules can be completed as planned 
  • Strong organisational skills and highly efficient in the delivery of scheduling and labour management 
  • Understanding of Maximo or similar EAMS or CMMS systems highly desirable 
  • Facilities Management experience highly regarded

You will have scheduling experience within a maintenance environment. Your expertise also lies in building strong stakeholder relationships. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of industry regulatory requirements and experience embedding these as part of your working methods.
