The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queens Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australias newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.
Aloria, the signature dining experience at the Star Brisbane, is set to take your breath away. Situated on the western end of Sky Deck, 100 meters above street level, Aloria offers a relaxed yet elegant dining experience with spectacular 270-degree views of Brisbane river and the city. Designed to soak up Brisbane's amazing subtropical climate, it will be open five days a week for lunch and dinner service. Offering our guests leisurely lunches, indulgent late dinners and the exquisite nuances of rare wines paired with elaborate multicourse meals.

About you
You will be able to provide exceptional culinary skills, outstanding communication, and hold the ability to lead a successful kitchen team with a proven track record in achieving financial targets. As we move to The Star Brisbane you will be critical in leading the team through transition, whilst setting and maintaining the highest service and safety standards. It is also an important part of this role to foster positive relationships, drive change, and communicate effectively.??
You will have demonstrated resource management, cost control, and effective leadership experience in people management coupled with effective communication and influencing skills.

The $3.6 billion Queens Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queens Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
