About the Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Governance and Oversight Services Manager is responsible for:

• Automation Governance
• System and Application Governance
• Disaster Recovery & Business Verification Testing Governance
• Technology Delivery Facilitation
• Business Continuity Management
• Financial Crime Portfolio forecasting and resource planning
• Audit coordination and issue item tracking
• Management of completion of all Governance and Oversight Services activities`
• Process re-engineering

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven knowledge of Technology processes, systems and applications.
• Strong communication skills including ability to communicate confidently and effectively with Financial Crime Portfolio leadership team and effective engagement across hubs, Risk and Compliance stakeholders
• Proven effective stakeholder management
• Experience leading teams and ability to motivate staff to achieve business objectives
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholder groups

• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Sharepoint Expertise and process management
• Ability to design and manage Sharepoint sites
• Ability to design and implement new processes
