About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time Opportunity


As a Customer Solutions Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Personal Bankers by establishing leadership and banker rituals that build sales momentum and grow our customer relationships the right way.

You will have a strong outcome focus in delivering sustainable performance and customer engagement by effective coaching, fostering a culture that obsesses over every customer interaction, whilst building relationships across key stakeholders such as coaching support teams, workforce, real time analysts and quality assurance.

You will ensure bankers engage in conversations with customers that provide products and solutions they both access and use, whilst educating customers on ANZ’s value adds.
