About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: 12 months Fixed-Term, Full-Time

We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst with particular experience in Governance and delivery/implementation to help the MMLS Project to achieve its objectives over the next 12 months.

In this role, your day to day activities will be varied but there will be a focus on project governance and business and technology delivery (planning, preparing and implementing). You will work closely with project work streams and team members (as well as interdependent projects, business stakeholders and technology) to understand the work being delivered and what support is needed to achieve success. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

• 7+ years’ business analysis experience;
• Experience in a Governance/PMO related role;
• Experience in Business Analysis, Change Management, Technology and Business Implementation and project and risk management practices;
• Experience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologies including an ability to write user stories;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Can appreciate difficult problems, is self-motivated to work autonomously on tasks with medium complexity, work collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings;
• Extensive conceptual skills and capabilities to simplify and clearly articulate solutions to resolve complex business issues;
