Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

Your role as a Manager, Structured Asset Finance will be part of the Structured Asset Finance team covering Australia. Your role is to support the sales and execution efforts of the directors of LSAF.  Key target asset classes include aircraft, mining equipment and other industrial transportation equipment.

Your main duties is to provide credit evaluation, financial modelling and sales support to the LSAF sales team.  Primary focus of the role is support origination and execution of transactions as needed. This will encompass, financial analysis, the preparation of credit approvals and preparation of finance documentation in conjunction with the Directors in LSAF.  A secondary function is to help drive utilisation of existing financing programmes and to monitor and maintain existing facilities.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience with bank credit processes and procedures
• Competent financial modelling skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to occasionally travel and work irregular hours as required
• Strong analysis skills – financial, credit and technical
• Familiarity with regional tax, accounting and regulatory rules affecting asset based financing transactions
