About The Role

Role Location: Melbourne

Role Type: Fixed Term, Full-Time

As a Credit Risk Process & Change Manager, your role will be responsible for mid-market business readiness and liaising with critical delivery teams supporting the mid-market lending simplification project related to policy, modelling, risk systems and business product owners.  The role will also drive change management activities for future state APS 112/113 processes and the operational risk assessments to ensure sustainable compliant practices are embedded.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Credit Risk Experience: 2-5 years credit risk experience with knowledge of credit risk policies and framework as well as regulatory requirements and framework
  • Embedding Change: Design change management strategies that integrate the needs of our Bankers, Risk Managers and Customers and maximise business value
  • Customer Focus: defines and measure success through the eyes of the customer, banker and risk manager, anticipates, understands and responds to evolving customer needs.
  • Problem Solving: Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings
  • Process Design & Documentation: Strong process analysis and design skills and experience in documentation of training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures
  • Influencing and Relationship Building: high level of influencing and negotiating skills by demonstrating a sophisticated repertoire of influencing techniques with the ability to adjust style to different contexts and audiences.
