About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time opportunity

The role involves using data to think outside the box to protect ANZ and its customers from Application Fraud.

Your key responsibilities will involve the use of data analytics to identify and detect fraudsters, as well as the creation and management of prevention rules within our fraud detection systems. There is also an element of communication required, as you will need to use your skills to explain current fraud trends to team-members and to external stakeholders. This knowledge sharing includes reporting and presentations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role that utilises analytics and an understanding of converting data to insights
• A problem solving mindset
• Proven experience using SAS/SQL in prior or current role
• Experience with Data mining and Analysis of large datasets & reporting
• Strong experience working in Application Fraud or Credit Risk
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders and peers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support quick decision making
