About the Role: 

This role is responsible for utilising advanced excel skills, financial modelling and data analytics to provide robust forecasts, analysis and reports that enable more effective, timely and informed business decisions.

The role will report directly to the Commercial Manager. 

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: 

• Advanced financial modelling skills, including developing and maintaining 3-way financial statements
• Create mechanisms to synthesize large volumes of data into models through automation (e.g. macros, power pivots) 
• Delivery of robust/logical 36 month rolling-forecast, particularly in light of the implementation of our new budgeting and forecasting tool  
• Strong commercial mindset used to drive financial and non-financial KPI performance through deep analysis of historical trends and external benchmarks 
• Dissect and analyse large volumes of data/information, identify actionable insights and provide recommendations to improve business performance 
• Develop reporting and data visualisation capability using tools like Power BI 
• Strong power point presentation skills
