About The Role
This Financial Planning Support Officer is responsible for providing outstanding level of administration and internal customer service support to assigned Financial Planners maximizing their productivity and revenue outcomes, whilst observing prudent cost management. This can be done by performing administrative tasks and confirming appointments. They are responsible for ensuring the ongoing review service obligations are met at all times and implementation of ongoing business and new business is completed in a timely and compliant manner.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Completion of Diploma of Financial Services and willingness to complete the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services
  
• Previous experience in a financial planning support role or in financial services environment.
  
• Ideally have worked in a centralised team and have knowledge of workflows
  
• Be process driven and have demonstrated ability to multi task
  
• Have customer centric approach in all tasks undertaken
  
• Be a team player and have demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision.
  
• Is adaptable and able to incorporate change as part of the daily routine
  
• Excellent organisation and time management skills to meet deadlines
  
• Good understanding of the end to end advice process
  
• COIN Financial Planning software knowledge preferred
