About The Role Your role as an Assistant Manager is an integral part of business service proposition. You will assist the Relationship Manager to develop sustained business growth whilst maintaining sound risk management to ensure that a quality portfolio is maintained. You will perform tasks to maximise the returns to the group and the position will require a close working relationship with our product specialists.
Your role will also identify increased customer profitability opportunities and work actively with Relationship Manager to execute and participate in the aspects of the sales, on boarding process and credit approval activities whilst maintaining appropriate credit quality standards.
About You - A tertiary qualification or current studies in a financial or business related field
- Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and understanding of the structuring of security arrangements
- Interpersonal skills - confidence, professionalism and integrity and strong sense of accountability
- Good communication skills across both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
