About the Role

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our growing team!

A Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.

You’ll be responsible for the full end to end recruitment experience, from taking the job brief, advertising, sourcing, building talent pipelines, phone screening, organising and conducting interviews and partnering with your stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

Our candidate experience is at the heart of our Talent Acquisition Team.  With that in mind you’ll be focused on providing a quality experience in partnership with your stakeholder group.  

Our goal is to ensure each candidate has a consistent recruitment experience with us here at Uniting and we’d love your help to achieve that!

With Strong initiative and a proactive attitude to sourcing your experience using – LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search & Social Media will not be wasted.  You’ll deliver out of the box recruitment solutions for hard to fill roles.  Manage talent pools and create an Account Management plan in partnership with your HR Business Partner and respective client group to uplift the Talent Acquisition partnership at Uniting.
