A fresh and modern accounting practice in Balwyn is looking for a self starting, knowledgeable and customer focused Team Administrator. The position helps support the teams of two key Partners within the business and plays a vital role in the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of practice database, ATO portal and ASIC database.
- Handling client queries and responding to requests in absence of the Partner or Manager.
- Manage documentation for clients, including reminders of their deadlines and reporting obligations.
- Weekly WIP reporting for the team
- Support debtor management process
- Documentation management, including following up with clients for authorisation
- Liasing with third parties, including the ATO.
Required experience
- Must have prior experience working in an accounting practice in a similar capacity.
- Friendly, energetic and extremely customer focused.
- Highly proficient with multiple systems and an ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail
