About the role

You will lead the implementation of key projects including a project to undertake research and analysis to inform the development of a suite of resources and tools to support job role design in the social service sector. You will work closely with the Project Sponsor to ensure that the project addresses the needs of the social service sector and that the products developed are informed by evidence and diverse stakeholder perspectives. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of the project plan, brief and oversee consultants, lead and support consultation activities, manage project governance activities, manage project communications, develop project outputs, review/quality assure project outputs, monitor and report on project progress, including budget, and liaise with the funding body and other key stakeholders as required.

About you 
An excellent planner and communicator, with significant experience leading multiple complex projects to completion on time and on budget. You will have highly developed analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills. Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills including a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders will be imperative to your success in this role. You will also be able to demonstrate commitment to innovation and continuous improvement and can lead and adapt to positive change. Knowledge of the family violence sector and/or the social service sector will be highly advantageous.

Qualifications

A Degree or Diploma relevant to the accountabilities of this position and / or equivalent level of professional expertise gained through experience.

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
