About The Role

Role Type: Fixed-term until September 2021, Full-time
ANZs Finance Systems, Data and Innovation (FSDI) team manages the operational running and changes to systems for ANZs Core Finance (financial management, external and management reporting) and Procurement functions. The team supports users across Enterprise Finance and broader ANZ through partnering and collaborating with other areas of ANZ, such as Risk, Enterprise Data, and Technology, to leverage solutions more broadly and influence enterprise strategic technology solutions.
As a Journey Expert within the FSDI team, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys, and improving the customer experience, by understanding customer/user requirements and devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions. Your role will require you to work in your squad to shape and evaluate the viability and feasibility of customer solutions, and to ensure that those solutions are delivered in a way that realises the intended value. You will work to understand the business process and to continuously improve, simplify and deliver a better experience for the specific FSDI area of Data Governance.
