About the Job
Are you organised, driven and passionate about building the capacity of our students to get the most out of their university experience? Are you excited to design and roll out new initiatives and programs that enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of our students?
This role will require you to:
• Facilitate club administration i.e. record keeping, compliance, reporting etc.
• Build meaningful relationships with student leaders from diverse backgrounds and interests
• Provide mentorship to our student leaders in navigating policy and procedure
• Assist in delivering an inclusive sporting program that engages students in creative ways
• Maintain broad stakeholder relationships internal and external to Swinburne

This role is anticipated to be working from home 2-3 days a week initially and is otherwise based across our Melbourne campuses (Hawthorn, Croydon, and Wantirna).
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Experience seeing through long term (6+ months) projects
• Mentored or coached people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to see the big picture and translate it to your work and targets
• A passion for customer/student experience
