About the Job
The Planning unit plays a pivotal role to meet the challenges and opportunities the university faces and to deliver on the university-wide 2025 Vision. Reporting to the Vice Principal, People, Planning and Culture, as our new Director of Planning and Reporting you will work closely with the Vice-Chancellor and executives to establish enterprise and portfolio plans and provide ongoing insight and analysis of the university’s progress against its 2025 Vision.
As the university continues to evolve and adapt to the changing landscape, the position will play a key role in providing the necessary data insights, analytics and reporting to continually improve the university’s investment decision processes in line with its strategic direction.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A post-graduate degree in business, management or a relevant combination of qualifications, training and significant experience.
• Extensive experience in planning and strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to think ‘big picture’, possess an understanding of contemporary issues and engage with the organisation to inform the development of progressive strategies.
• Extensive experience in enterprise and operational level planning, reporting and insightful analysis
