About the Job
You will play an integral role in activating the partnership between Swinburne and Codex to host the World’s Top 50 Innovators 2021 Melbourne (T50). The Marketing Lead T50, will lead the implementation and activation of the partnership. You will be involved in the strategic planning and operationalisation of T50 event whilst working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Futher, you will enable outcomes connected to a broad suite of activities, including, but not limited to, website creation, public relations, media support and ticket sales.
Reporting into the Product Marketing Manager, you will be working in both a project and operational context, and bring expertise in a broad range of marketing skills to facilitate the successful promotion of the event and maximise the partnership between Swinburne and Codex.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A degree in marketing or related fields with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Event management, including running, coordinating and planning, PR/SM and sales - development of strategies, implementation and results
• Leadership, including motivating and coordinating stakeholders to deliver partnership targets and project milestones
• Strategy, including ability to develop and execute short term and long-term strategies that proactively respond to the needs of the partner in a complex, changing environment
