About The Role

Role Location: Melbourne  

Role Type: Permanent, Full time

You will support the delivery and implementation of the Risk Culture maturity assessment framework and certain components of this strategy, primarily focused on ensuring Risk Culture assessment activities are aligned across the organisation and support the development of an informed second line opinion. You will have a particular focus on the assessment of target risk behaviours and identification of actions to further embed them. In doing so, you will be expected to identify and deliver activities to support the assessment and reporting of the maturity of target risk culture behaviours and act as an SME to support identification of actions to drive behavioural change, including development of appropriate tools and resources to aid businesses and functions.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Tertiary qualified, with experience in Organisational psychology, psychometric testing, assessment and behavioural change
  • Natural interest in wide reading of industry and regulator developments and conducting own research with regard to risk culture and behavioural change and able to translate into practical actions
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills        
  • Wide organisational knowledge and network to support information gathering
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external Regulators/stakeholders and influence/negotiate change     
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk based manner
