Senior Business Analyst (Journey Expert) –Banker Experience Tribe

An opportunity to join a new team working to deliver a new customer management platform for Mobile Lenders is now available in the Banker Experience Tribe.

In the Banker Experience Tribe our purpose is to enable our Bankers to deliver great service to customers, through intelligent, integrated tools and processes. We put our frontline teams at the centre of everything we do.

As a Journey Expert in our mobile lending squad, you will work with a great team to deliver a new CRM solution (Salesforce) for use by Mobile Lenders. Your main focus will be articulating value and preparing executive and board papers and working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also focus on business analysis and implementation, with work crossing business, systems and APRA risk remediation.

What skills and knowledge will you bring to or develop within the Banker Experience Tribe?

First and foremost we are looking for passionate people, who are creative, innovative and who want to live and breathe our new ways of working. From there you will have:

  • Experience leading and defining the business analysis approach in an agile environment, including running workshops, process and journey mapping, capturing user stories, and empowering the team to deliver to acceptance criteria
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with business and technology stakeholders
  • Strong writing skills and business acumen paired with the ability to articulate business value and benefits from technical documentation
  • Experience writing executive and board papers
  • Strong experience in Business Analysis and/or Implementation and Change Management
  • Exposure to Salesforce solutions and working across multiple technology partners
  • Curiosity and the willingness to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
