Business Analyst - Salesforce. - Australian Business Transformation. 

What’s your mission?
As the Business Analyst - Salesforce within the "Get Help" value stream, you’ll join a small, lean team that focusses on both the internal coach experience and the external customer / coach / banker experience. You’ll be the SME in all things salesforce, in particular how we use, configure and optimise. The team are positive, inspiring and nurturing a supportive culture that attracts high performers. 
 
What will your day look like?
Your initial focus will be supporting the Product Owner and Lead to shape the finer details of  service proposition. This includes how our coaches  / bankers and customers connect and what we need to do to make that experience the best it possibly can be. 

• Unravel requirements from our stakeholders (face to face, virtual workshops etc), document and manage initiatives from requirements to implementation and continuous iteration.   
• Collaborate with and support with Business Services Engineers and Architects to help them build beautiful, customer centric solutions that use the Salesforce Platform 
• Research and test hypothesis for improved experiences with our customers and coaches. Be the voice of the users. 
• Ensure solutions are elegant in their simplicity. This includes ensuring alignment with other squads on end-to-end customer journeys.

What will be in your toolkit?
Business Analysis, Business Process Architecture skills are going to set you up for success in this role, coupled with any front line customer experience to really understand and empathise with what we’re trying to achieve. 

• Experience with Salesforce from an engineering / solution design or commercial perspective. You understand the mechanics, capabilities and how to optimise.  
• Elicitation techniques (e.g. workshops), gather requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, shape and groom the backlog. You love the people aspect of BA work. 
• Contribute to and participate in agile ceremonies such as ideation sessions, kick-off, showcases, retrospectives.
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery we’re building out this proposition as we go so expect change and ambiguity. Expect to wear different hats!
