About The Role
Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 18 months fixed-term; full-time
 
PeopleHub is our Talent & Culture (T&C) technology uplift program which will redesign the way our employees and line managers interact with T&C services by enhancing the employee experience using flexible, cloud technology. This will involve replacing several of our current HRIS systems with a SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow solution.
 
PeopleHub will…
  • Make it simpler and easier for our employees to navigate people-related information and tasks
  • Uplift employee experience and capability by providing new channels for our people to access T&C information and services anytime and anywhere, with flexible, cloud technology, including mobile self-service globally
  • Provide visibility of accurate, up to date people data, from one source of truth, reducing risk. We’re also aligning the digital experience we want for our customers with the experience we give our employees.
  • Simplify employee journeys, provide visibility of where requests are up to and reduce time spent working through manual process steps.
As the User Access Management Employee Journey Exert, you will become part of the ‘Run & Sustain’ squad and will work closely with the Run & Sustain Lead to ensure User Access Requirements are met for all solutions and operational run and sustainment processes are in place ongoing. You will safeguard the security of user access by working with delivery teams to define profiles and roles, and ensure these are documented and approved.
 
You will work with relevant security and solution teams to deliver fit for purpose Authentication mechanisms that ensure user accounts are uniquely identified and used only by authorised and approved users based on their role and are protected from unauthorised access.
 
Your key accountabilities will include:
 
Risk & Reputation
  • Ensuring compliance to ANZ policies and procedures
  • Identifying risks and potential issues, and work across the program to develop mitigations and plans to address them
  • Role-modelling all of ANZ’s values, and actively contributing to a positive culture (including Risk Culture) at ANZ
Customer
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationship with key stakeholders (e.g. PeopleHub program team members, Talent and Culture SMEs, etc.) and providing advice
  • Delivery of solution outcomes which engage and are valued by our employees, based on analysis of data and feedback
People & Culture
  • Role modelling our values and New Ways of Leading with the team and all stakeholders
  • Facilitating input and engagement from stakeholders and employee representatives to shape a solution that meets ANZ outcomes
  • Consideration of the employee experience as central to all solution design decisions
Finance & Discipline
  • Making timely design decisions and prioritisation to achieve intended outcomes on time and on budget while managing risks and dependencies
  • Analysing internal and external data, best practice and feedback to inform plans and solutions
  • Looking for opportunities to continuously improve and simplify our processes and programs

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • A background in systems analysis in a program or systems change and experience in the delivery of medium to large programs of work
  • Proven experience in identification, analysis, design and build of user access and security controls and testing their effectiveness.
  • Exposure to procedures for user access monitoring to ensure that user accounts are used only by authorised/approved users based on role requirements and are protected from unauthorised access.
  • Exposure to First and Second-Line Risk teams, Security and Delivery change and release
  • Exposure to design, build and transitioning Secure and Well Managed platforms, systems and operational control processes
  • Experience in key processes and controls frameworks - Operational Risk assessments (ORA), Group Outsourcing Materiality assessments (GOMA), security (i-Protect), Enterprise Data Governance (EDG)
  • Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in Technology release and change teams
