About COBL
The College of Business and Law is one of the largest business schools in the Asia Pacific region and delivers industry-engaged education and applied research that spark ambition and new perspectives. Attracting over 31,000 students, programs are delivered in Melbourne, Vietnam, and via significant teaching partnerships in Singapore, China and Indonesia. Through RMIT Online, the College offers a range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs.
About you
The Executive Support Officer (ESO) responsible for providing support to designated members of the College Executive.?The ESO will contribute to the execution of projects to support and meet strategic and operational plans with projects spanning across multiple areas, so strong stakeholder relationship building skills are a must.?You will provide high quality support for administrative tasks, projects and some secretarial functions.
The ability to work autonomously and manage your workload is highly desirable in this position. We are looking for?motivated team member?who can understand goals and see the bigger picture, as well as the ability the connect the dots between different focus points.?
Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
