About the Job
The Recruitment Consultant (Research & Enterprise) provides a high level, full service recruitment and selection offering to the University with a specific focus on academic, research and corporate roles within the Research and Enterprise portfolio, including senior leadership roles. By utilizing strategic sourcing and targeted marketing techniques, this role will proactively identify and approach suitable candidates within passive and non-passive markets.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Consultant (Research & Enterprise) will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle with a high focus on candidate experience, candidate relationship building and maintaining Swinburne’s brand and reputation in the external market.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection advice and support (in house recruitment experience is essential)
• High level interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting complex roles within a large organisation
• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and strong work ethic
