Customer Service Sales Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for the delivery of outstanding sales and customer service, through identifying and meeting potential customer needs via face to face, phone and digital means. 

Assisting customers with their enquiries, you will provide key information about Uniting and Independent Living Units (ILU) including availability and pricing.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Exemplary customer service by being responsive and take ownership to ensure customer follow-up
• Provide key information about our products whilst utilising the opportunity to up-sell, cross-sell and provide excellent service
• Attend events, displays, open days where needed generating leads and sales face to face.
• Record information accurately and in a timely manner in the designated electronic system(s)
