About the role

This role is responsible for providing first line support to all Uniting staff by providing guidance and conducting troubleshooting activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Tier 1 support through ServiceNow ticketing system, phone and email
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, resolve, liaise and prioritise incidents, problems and requests
  • Accurate logging of service requests in a timely and efficient manner

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Previous IT Service/Support experience an advantage
