Change Manager/Senior Change Analyst (Journey Expert)

Our focus is to support responsible lending practices through delivering regulatory change obligations and against our strategic initiatives such as increased automation. These roles will work within a broader team to deliver against the Change Management Strategy and Plans to prepare and support the organisation to successfully embed changes to systems, process, and behaviour stemming from new regulations.

 

You will bring together multiple streams of work for impacted areas, with typical outputs including business specific change delivery plans, business impact workshops and assessments, communication & training content with some facilitation, readiness assessments, and other change support activities.  Strong engagement and collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders is key.

 

The role is for experienced change practitioners who thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments maintaining the people lens at the heart of everything you do. 

 

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: 12 Month fixed term.

What you’ll bring to the role:

 

  • 3+ years of change management experience in complex and large scale projects
  • A track record of being hands on, delivering high quality outcomes in condensed timeframes
  • Practical application of change management methodologies, tools and activities.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels. Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Experience working in banking and finance, or regulatory change. Both would be a bonus.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, including tools such as Jira and Confluence will be looked upon favourably
  • Passionate about growth and a desire to contribute beyond your current skill-sets
