About the job
Is leadership in your DNA? Do you enjoy working with students and colleagues to co-create and co-deliver online and physical events? Have you alongside marketing professionals to design and deliver creative and engaging digital campaigns?

We’re looking for an inspiring coach to lead our Events & Experience team to deliver exceptional events and experiences for students that enhance their social connection, sense of belonging and create life-long memories.

You will:
• Lead event specialists to design and execute strategic physical and online events for students that meet operational targets.
• Create popular, insta-worthy place-making activations.
• Implement an events support program to mentor clubs and societies running events.
• Inspire engaging digital experiences and campaign development.
• Work within the broader Team Leader group to design initiatives to enhance team performance.
• Build connections with key stakeholders across Swinburne.
• Master process adherence, risk assessment and mitigation within the events program.


About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Experiencing leading teams in design and delivery of complex events
• Strong understanding leadership and culture methodology
• Experience navigating highly regulated environments
• Exceptional approach to stakeholder management
• Exposure to campaign and content development alongside Marketing teams
