Journey Expert (Change Manager) – ANZ Home Loans

 

  • Develop the change and communication strategy for a large program of work focussed on automating the end to end Home Loans process
  • Perform program level communications activities, including both internal and external communications
  • Work with the multiple squads delivering on the program to ensure consistency in driving out and realising the benefit from change

 

About The Role

Role Location: 833, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: 12-month fixed term

 

As a Communications and Change Journey Expert, you will be part of the enablement team for the Home Loans Automation program, working with the Initiative Lead, multiple Product Owners and Journey Experts across the program to ensure that change and embedding activities are planned, coordinated and driven out in a strategic manner. You will also be responsible for driving the communications strategy.

 

Your key priorities and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and co-ordinate an effective communication and change management strategy that helps achieve the program’s objectives
  • Collaborating with squad members and other program communications & change Journey Experts to determine an effective communication and change management plan for the program.
  • Draft internal and external program communications, including MAX pages, Yammer posts, Broker and other communications
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure business change is managed well (including Operations, Distribution & Credit Risk)
  • Support business verification approach and testing (including defining scope, preparing and supporting go-live activities)
  • Ensure effective metrics are tracked to evaluate the impact of change from the program across stakeholder groups
  • Ensure that benefits resulting from the Program’s changes are effectively tracked and realised
  • Performing work practices in line with ANZ’s standards, policies & guidelines and are consistent across the program.

 

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Working knowledge and experience in employing effective Communications & Change Management practices and principles that are suitable for a program that will cover multiple divisions across a large banking / financial service organisation
  • Experience as a Change and Communications Manager / practitioner, ability to work with multiple people in order to plan, and perform work as agreed with those people
  • Experience working in the delivery of technology based solutions, and / or major organisational change initiatives across multiple locations /geographies in a large organisation
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels
  • Ability to produce, consult and follow through on significant communications plans and strategies (including digital and social)
  • Clear, simple & effective styles of facilitation, stakeholder management, networking & collaboration.
