Digital Product Owner - Customer Onboarding, Australian Business Transformation. (It's pretty senior and we're looking for great people leadership skills)

Experiment, iterate and join us we redefine banking for the future. We’re using the latest platforms, technology and human centred design, to better support our customers’ financial wellbeing. This is a new role, with huge scope to be creative, innovative and try things no other bank is doing. 

What’s your mission? 
Radically improve the digital (predominantly app) customer onboarding experience from initial interest to an active account status. 

What will your day look like? 
This role is less about the day to day product management and governance (we have a team to help you out with that) and more about the experiential design and experience our new customers expect and sometimes don’t expect!

•    Inspire and enable 2 – 3 squads of engineers, designers and analysts to create, build, experiment, optimise and iterate customer experience. 
•    Test and learn, utilising data and feedback to continually improve. Start thinking beyond biometrics. 
•    Collaborate daily with cross functional squads and enabling functions (e.g. security, financial crime and fraud teams) to ensure our customers data is as safe as their money is. 
•    Champion our 9 design principals and always be the voice of the customer. 
•    This is a start-up idea so the ability to don the BA | Scrum | Analyst hat when you need to is a must. Roll your sleeves up and build a robust squad where everyone pitches in. 

What is in your toolkit? 
Deep mobile (iOS and Android Native) Product Owner experience from a digital first company that has a B2C bent. We’re not necessarily looking for banking people, but involvement around engaging new customers and delivering fast, secure onboarding will help. 

•    You’ve successfully run high performing cross functional squads that deliver amazing features.
•    Lean start up | Agile, working with UX | CX | Engineers (and SDLC) | Designers is second nature to you.
•    Never satisfied with “good enough” – you’re always wanting to push ideas and encourage your peers to do the same.
•    A continuous and pragmatic problem solver who enjoys creating order from chaos.
•    Passionate about radically improving the onboarding experience – with a genuine understanding of the importance it plays with overall customer experience
